You can use Twitterfeed so that every time you update your blog it will automatically post to your Twitter Account
You will need the API key from http://ping.fm/ and from http://bit.ly/ as well as a clean RSS feed from your blog.
1.) Create new feed
2.) Select Show more services-click on Ping.fm

a.) Paste the RSS feed URL from your blog and test the feed to parse
4.) Click Advanced Settings
a.) Chose update frequency-use every half first time and post 1 article
b.) Post content choose “title only” from drop down menu
5.) Post link under drop down menu choose bit.ly to shorten url
a.) Under Bit.ly settings you will want to put in your Bit.ly username and Bit.ly application key (found on the Account page towards the left)
6.)Click Update feed and wait to see if that it working.

How to get a “Rich Site Summary” (RSS) feed – or “Really Simple Syndication” as many people refer to it. This can be tricky even for me.  Now a days most sites have a clearly visible button/widget that you can click on somewhere on their web site or blog.  You will have to search the blog or news source for a link that says RSS Feed or look for the orange square icon/widget.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments! :)
